Adding Twitter Widgets

Adding Twitter widgets to your Upnetic Dashboard will allow you to view key performance indicators about your business account on this social media platform. To add these widgets to your dashboard, follow the steps shown below:

From the Widget Categories selection screen, click “Twitter.” Select the type of Twitter widget you would like to add. Descriptions of each Twitter widget are provided below:

Twitter Followers

The Upnetic Digital Media Dashboard enables you to see how many “Followers” your Twitter account has. Follow these steps to add this widget to your dashboard:

To get started, click on the red “Add Widget” button, and select “Twitter,” then “Twitter Followers.” If you have not yet synced your Twitter account with the dashboard, select “Add Twitter Account” and enter your login credentials for the account. You will then be redirected to the Twitter login page. After entering your credentials, you will be redirected back to the member dashboard and the new widget will be added. You can view followers by a specific date range by entering in the dates within the widget.

The Upnetic Digital Media Dashboard will enable you to post to your synced Twitter business account from your member dashboard. To allow for this functionality, click on the red “Add Widget” button, select “Twitter,” then “Twitter Post.” If you have already synced a Twitter account to your dashboard, select “Save Changes.” If you have not synced an account to the dashboard yet, you will need to do this first. Steps to sync your account are provided above under the “Twitter Followers” section of this guide.

To post to Twitter from the dashboard, enter your post in the text box provided and then click “Tweet.”

Adding Twitter Mentions

The Upnetic Digital Media Dashboard will enable you to monitor what is being said about your synced Twitter business account from your member dashboard. Select “Twitter Mention” from the Twitter Widget Selection panel. If you have already synced a Twitter account to your dashboard, select “Save Changes.” You will then be redirected back to the member dashboard and the new widget will be available.
