Creating Legal Forms
Your Upnetic membership gives you access to legal form templates for your business. With our legal form templates, simply choose from our library of templates, fill in your information, then save, download or print!
We recommend starting with setting up your business profile for quick and easy form fill options before selecting your first template or form.
How to Create Your Business Profile
From your Upnetic Dashboard, select “Generate Legal Forms” under the Legal Forms tile. This will take you to the Legal Forms Library landing page. From there, select “Business Profile” from the navigation menu at the top of the page.
Next, follow the prompts and provide a few key facts about your company to create your business profile. Once completed, the information in your business profile will automatically populate in any template you select later.
How to Create a Form
From your Upnetic Dashboard, select “Generate Legal Forms” under the Legal Forms tile. This will take you to the Legal Forms Library landing page. From there, use the search function to locate a specific form template, or select “Get Started” to select from the full library of available forms and templates.
To begin, click on ‘Select’ to the right of the template you would like to use. You will land on a page displaying a preview of the template, as well as a list of additional information you will need in order to complete the required fields within. Once you have gathered all required information, click “Create Form”.
Next, select from the dropdown menu the business profile you created previously. This will autofill any relevant information you have already provided within the business profile. Then click “Save and Continue”.
Follow the prompts and complete each field to create your legal form or document. If you have questions about a particular field, click on the “?” icon to get a brief explanation of what the field is asking for. Once you have completed all required fields, your finished form will appear in preview mode. Select “Save and Finish” to continue.
After selecting “Save and Finish” you will have the option to download your new document as a PDF or Word file. Once you have downloaded the file, you can save to your local computer or print. Your newly created document will also be saved within your Legal Forms Library under “My Forms,” where you can access or edit further as needed.
If you do not see the form you’re searching for, you can request it from the Small Business Consultants in your member account under the “Ask” tab.
