Viewing Your Answer

All submitted questions will be answered within 2 business days. Once your question has been answered, you will receive an email confirmation notifying you that your answer is ready for review. To review your answer, follow the steps shown below:

Log in to your account on www.upnetic.com, and click on the “Ask” tab at the top. A grid will be displayed listing all of your previously asked questions, which you can refer back to at any time. You can view your answer by selecting the “View” button next to the question you submitted.

If you aren’t satisfied with the response, click the “Ask a Follow-Up Question” button to request additional information. Questions that have been submitted but have not yet been answered will be shown at the top of grid with a status of “New Question”, or “Researching”.
