Upnetic Legal Overview & How to Get Help

Your Upnetic membership provides access to legal services and a network of 25,000+ attorneys. When you need legal assistance, Upnetic matches you with a qualified attorney based on your location, legal needs, and preferences.

How to Request an Attorney:

• Log in to your Upnetic account and navigate to Legal → Legal Services, or call 888-303-6789 for assistance.

  
  
• Submit a referral request by choosing when you’d like to speak with a referral specialist:
  • “Now”: Receive a call within ~5 minutes (during business hours: Mon–Fri, 9am–7pm ET)
  • “Later”: Schedule a call at a convenient time

• Confirm your contact details (with an option for Spanish-speaking support).

Once you have confirmed the contact information listed on screen, press the green “Continue” button.

What Happens Next:

• A referral specialist will call you to gather details about your legal matter.
• You’ll be matched with an appropriate attorney and receive their contact information by phone and email.
• You can then contact the attorney directly to move forward with your case.

• You can review your full legal benefits and download the Member Guidebook within the platform.
• Past attorney referrals are saved in your account for easy access.
