NOTE: Employee Handbook reviews are eligible to have the first 10 pages reviewed at no cost, with remaining pages reviewed at the discounted hourly membership rate. However, to be reviewed in its entirety, this service will likely require a retainer prior to services rendered. Upnetic Legal Membership Details:
Upnetic members get the following services free of additional cost as well as an exclusive discount of 40% off the attorney's normal hourly rate (minimum $125 per hour) for services beyond the scope of our program.
- Attorney consultations – Up to 30 minutes for each new legal matter
- Document Review - 5 independent documents per quarter, up to 10 pages each
- Phone calls - 2 initial calls per month made on behalf of the business.
- Letters - 3 initial letters per month for new subjects
- Collection letters - 10 initial letters per quarter
- Registered agent services - For the state in which the business is incorporated, as well as other states where business is conducted.
