Enrolled User Management

Enrolled employee accounts can be managed from the Group Management screen, under the Enrolled Users section. From this section, you can move employees between classes, or remove their accounts from your active training roster.

Enrolled users

As your employees complete their registration, they will populate under “Enrolled Users.”


Add Employee to Class

If you need to add a previously registered employee to an additional class, you can check the box next to their name and select “Add user to classes.” From there you can click on the classes you wish for that user to access. You can also select more than one employee at a time to bulk assign to classes.


If your existing employees need to access the training again, direct them to log in on pro.upnetic.com. If an employee doesn’t remember their password, they can reset it on the login page.

To view classes by employee, refer to the “Classes” column below (You can also remove/change a user’s classes in this section as well):


Remove Employee from Class

If you need to remove an employee from a particular class, check the box next to their name, select the “Remove User from Classes” button, select the class you would like them removed from, and then click “Remove 1 User from Classes.”

Archive Users

To remove terminated or seasonal employees from your active users training roster, begin on the Group Management page, and scroll to the section titled “Enrolled Users”. Next, select the user that you would like to remove by clicking the box to the left of their name, then select “Archive 1 User.” (Note: You can also select multiple accounts.)


You will receive a prompt to confirm your archive user selection. If you have selected the correct user to archive, confirm your selection by clicking “Yes, archive user(s)”.


Note: This process will remove employees from your active roster, but you will still have access to their training records on the team results page. Archived users will no longer appear on your active training roster, and you will no longer receive retake reminders for their accounts.

Archived employees will no longer have access to the training platform until they are unarchived.

Unarchive Users

To reactivate an archived employee’s account, begin on the Group Management page, and scroll to the section titled “Enrolled Users”. Filter the employee field by selecting “Show Archived Users” to quickly find the account you would like to reactivate. Select the employee account by clicking on the box to the left of their name then select “Unarchive 1 User”.

You will receive a prompt to confirm your unarchive user selection. If you have selected the correct user to unarchive, confirm your selection by clicking “Yes, unarchive user(s)”



This process will reactivate the selected employee account, reinstating their access to the training platform and add their account back to your active training roster.

If you need to remove a user from the BizPro platform entirely, please email your request directly to the BizPro Support Center at support@upnetic.com. Once removed, you will not have access to their training records.
