Employee Enrollment

Once you add courses, you’ll see that each class has a different registration URL that you can send to the employees who belong in that class. Follow the steps below to invite your employees to register and take the training courses you’ve selected:

1. After clicking “Done” on the course catalog page, you will land on the Group Management page. To invite your employees to register with your company and enroll in the course, click on “Email Templates” under “Classes.”


2. Select “View Templates” to the right of the class you need an invitation email template for, then copy and paste the message into an email or text message to send to your employees:

This message will contain a unique registration link that your employees will use to create an account and enroll in their designated training classroom. Each classroom has a unique registration link.

As your employees register and enroll in the course, you will see their names appear under “Enrolled Users” on the Group Management tab. For more information on the employee enrollment process, see our employee registration article here. 

Enrolled users

As your employees complete their registration, they will populate under “Enrolled Users.” You can also use this section to move employees between classes.

Group Training

Our platform was designed primarily to provide training for each of your employees individually. That way, you can use the “Team Results” section to keep records of who has completed each course. You can choose to complete the training in a group setting, but you will not be able to utilize the platform’s individual recordkeeping functions if you do so.

Please keep in mind that if you were to be audited by the state for mandatory training, you need to have proof that your employees completed the course. When you use individual training, the BizPro system keeps complete records and certificates of completion. However, for group training, you will need to reach out to your ADP rep to help you prepare a certified sign-in sheet for all employees who are present for the training.

Once you have the sign-in sheet, log into BizPro under your account and go through the training as a group. The system will save a single certificate of completion under your name, while the sign-in sheet will verify completion for everyone else present.
